I have often have trouble finding black embroidery thread in stock in the stores, so this was a great way to stock up. It arrived quickly and is good quality.

This floss gets the job done, but its very prone to curling up and fraying and doesnt smoothly glide through aida fabric. Compared to DMC, this is a lower quality brand. Its suitable for making friendship bracelets, but is not up to snuff for needlework.

The thread frays, so it makes it slightly more difficult to thread a needle. I find myself needing to cut it down more than a better known brand of thread. But, its doing what I need to do in the sewing projects I have.
