We live on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada range where we can get 6 or more feet of snow in a week resulting in downed trees and power lines. I work from home so my business depends on me having power to run computers and phones. This cord is exactly what was needed for our portable propane generator to bring power back into the house. The 3 outlets then let us run lighter duty cords to 3 separate area of the house so we can get through any power outage. Also comes in handy fornour electric chain saw!

I did not receive the cable organizer with my purchase. I hope that you will send me one. Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase. I purchase this for my emergency power generator so I could use the cable organizer. I like the fact that it is UL approved and that the plug end lights up when power is on.

Shopped around and found this cord to be the best buy of all the products and places I looked. It appears to be very well made and substantial heavy weight which should promise to be safe on a heavy load. Triple outlets are very convenient making it possible to connect a number of tools or appliances at the same time. Better connection than a regular extension cord for heavy duty use. Company representatives were courteous, friendly and helpful when I had a question.

I purchased this extension cord as I thought it would be perfect for the upcoming wildfires, and power outages. When it came, to my surprise it did not work with my generator. The problem was I had waited to long to try it on my generator and the return window was closed. I reached out to a number that I found online and explained my situation. They individual in the United States (Eric) along with the owner of the store in China, could not be more helpful in getting me 1) into an extension cord that would work, 2) an adaptor that I can use also in the future for my generator. The chord was bought for our new generator. I was delayed in setting it up and found the chord had the wrong plug end. There was a tag inside to contact Yodotek directly if there were problems. They responded quickly and replaced my chord with the correct one even though the error was mine. I was extremely satisfied with the customer support and the product is exactly what I needed and excellent quality.
