> 3 dayI followed the instructions word for word and a day later there is no water in the line or bucket. It runs but humidity level never drops. I was contacted via email by the seller very quickly about the issue and was offered either a full refund or a replacement at no cost. I have a new unit on the way with very little issues. Highly recommend! Will update later on how the new unit operates.

> 3 dayI’ve been using this dehumidifier for almost a month now. It works very well and extracts quite a bit of moisture from the air. The quality is pretty excellent, and it is very easy to use as long as you follow all directions. I let this unit stay out in the upright position for 24 hours after I received it as the instructions said. I like the digital display, very easy to see. The unit is also very quiet. Once the unit is full you can pop the water bucket out the back and dump down the drain or it comes with a hose that you can use to auto drain. I would definitely recommend.

> 3 dayAbout a month ago, we had an issue where our drain lines backed up into our basement. We spent a good chunk of time trying to clean everything up, but there was still a lot of moisture. We picked up this dehumidifier to help get the moisture levels back under control. Within a day or two, everything was dried back out with little to no damage to most items. The only things that we ended up losing was some paperwork, but that was wrecked pretty much as soon as it got wet. As an added benefit, the dehumidifier was so quiet we forgot it was actually running for a while. We had used the drain line so we didnt have to continually empty the catch bucket, so we ended up running it for much longer than actually needed.
