28 Inch Luggage Suitcase Large Luggage with Spinner Wheels TSA Lock, Rolling Hardside Travel Suitcase

I brought this set to take a 10 day cruise! Since I always fly Southwest airlines, I get to luggage is free and two carry-ons. So this set worked out perfect. I had plenty of room to bring back a lot of souvenirs for everyone also. And believe it or not it is still all white and the airline took perfect care of it. Plus it is made very well to up stand the way they throw our luggage around. I highly recommend the set. It is so easy to maneuver around by yourself

Seems to be well made and everything received.

Searched everywhere to see if it had came with a key, or instructions on how to change the lock combination... Nothing. Other than that it seems decently made. Thankfully most of my traveling is done by car. It would still be nice to change the combination, if I were to ever fly.

Was happy with Joyway luggage until the main handle on top came off while lifting off conveyor at airport. Didnt even last for a single trip. I bought the red set. Very easy to find in luggage claim area but largest suitcase(handle) failed. Bummed. I will change my star rate if Joyway fixes or replaces the bag.

At first, it looks like a good set, definitely a lot of pieces for a price. I had trip to Europe coming up, so I was excited. Well, after airplane #3, retractable handle on carryon suitcase stopped working. After struggling for 5 min, flight attendant just shoveled suitcase with open handle into overhead compartment. At home, I tried for another 30 min to make it work and end up cutting lining to be able physically push handle back inside. Now, it is just a $178 garbage. Not happy.

Upon opening the suitcases Im very please with them as they seem very nice! The smaller cases handle extends nicely and locks in well. The maneuverability of the smaller cases are great! The larger case seems very nice however the handle seems to retract easily when trying to push the case on all four wheels. Ive made sure Im not pushing the button and sometimes the handle still retracts while pushing the case. Im debating contacting the company because Im not sure if this is a defect or just the way the case is designed. Everything else though seems good. Ill update the review if there are any updates.

My wheel on my carryon broke after 3 uses while I was walking to my gate. My large bag came back with a huge crack on it.

The quality is very sturdy and very nice looking.

Imagine moving to an island and never having bought suitcases before. I was so afraid these might break when we moved based on some reviews I read. I figured if these lasted at least the move, it was worth the money. Not only did they last but we have since used them on other trips and I couldn’t be happier. They are easy to pick out at baggage claim and the lock makes me feel like my things are secure. The bag has also been a great help as I’m able to put my purse inside with many other things and take it as a carry on. I definitely recommend these to everyone looking for a nice set without breaking the bank.

Made it multiple times through three of the busiest airports and still rockin. Have used 3 months and Still functions as new.
