I bought these on a whim, never thought they would make such a huge difference! I bought this one, and another from eBay. I think the only thing this one lacks is the rubber over the volume buttons. That would make these perfect! Volume is a bit hard to hit without it, the eBay ones I bought dont have rubber over the directional pad which is kinda nice but I prefer what this one has. But the eBay one does have rubber over the volume buttons and its so much nicer! But the grip, style, and coverage over the directional pad is superior on this one so Im using this one.

When your first Chromecast remote ends up in the washer after only two days, you look for somethign to make sure you dont do THAT again. And this is a perfect fit for us! Good grip, bright color (if you leave them around a lamp for a couple of minutes...and still work well otherwise.

I find this Chromecast with Google TV silicone protective case will provide protection for my remote. I would prefer if the bottom of the protective case provided full protection. If the remote falls and lands on its bottom, the remote would make contact with the floor. The side opening for the volume controls has thicker material above the controls, while the opening below the controls has thinner material. However, the protective case does what its supposed to do. Therefore, I still give it 5 stars.

Helps me stop dropping the slipperiest remote ever made. Also makes it easy to know which way is up so that I can easily find the volume controls. Love the chromecast with google tv but hate the remote - this cover makes it way more bearable.

Perfect, cover the whole thing except a small potion on the back, ( where you put the remote in and out for battery changes) ... not a big deal, it’s very nice, cute and hugs the remote very well, it protects perfectly fine, unless your the kind who throws remotes across the room. Lol

Im very happy with this case. It adds grip and it glows in the dark so i dont lose it at night.

White chromecast on white bed sheets makes life hard, so we got this case. The grip is an additional benefit given how smooth the remote is. We dont really notice the glow in the dark - the image definitely exaggerates the brightness (it is much dimmer). The ears admittedly are a bit weird and well probably cut them off like other people have suggested. Overall good price for the functionality.

Great improvement to the Chromecast remote. To me the remote is very slick and I constantly felt like I would drop it. This, inexpensive cover fixes that. Very happy with the pattern on the back and arrows on the circular control.

I always drop or lose the slippery remote, and these covers fix that. I know people cut off the ears, but I like them.

Works as advertised.
