    I ordered the set and the small suitcase had to be checked. Anyone traveling the summer of 2022 knows what a nightmare baggage was! Anyway -- they must have dropped the little case from 1000 feet in the air just on one of the wheels. As a result, the case had a crack but EVERYTHING worked and was in tact. As the product has a 3 year warranty, I contacted the seller. I did it all through DM here on site, set picture. John with Ginza gets KUDOS. 7 days later a new suitcase arrived (didnt have to bother with returning the other one and that waste of time and packaging). I will give the other case to someone who can use it for car trips -- it is plenty able for that. I REALLY am so pleased with this experience and these inexpensive but hardy cases and support. Thank you!

    Greater than one week

    Although I am happy with the product, the seller sent me one suitcase in a different color than what I originally ordered; in order to get the item I originally bought, Amazon asked me to send back both. I could not do that due to needing the suitcase for a trip. I’ve only used the smaller suitcase once, and I fit about five days worth of outfits along with toiletries in it just fine. These are not expandable, but they have plenty of room.
