Ordered this beautiful white luggage set and I wanted it to stay beautiful so I ordered protective covers for it. The Ginza seller helped me find the right size. An example is the 26 inch needed a 30 inch cover. He always answered my questions immediately. There are a lot of choices out there but, since I haven’t used them yet, it’s hard to comment on durability but I gave it five stars anyway!

Great Set! I’ve used it twice for travel and no complaints so far.

Very cheaply made. Well packaged but still came with a scratch. Zippers hard to work. Expandable but unless you leave stuff outside the covered sides no point in expanding.

My wife and I got this item off our wedding registry so this is our first time owning actual luggage that isnt broken! We have not had a chance to use it yet, but the suitcases seem to be very well built. A strong outer shell that isnt so tough that it cant be flexible enough to pack one more thing inside. So far we love them!

Bought for trip. Super light weight and I was able to fit so much into them and I was still way under the weight limitations for my airline. There were no other passengers with the same colour of luggage so I was able to easily find them at baggage claim. I still need to try out the luggage lock feature but the instructions seem simple enough.

Bought this to go on a Cancún trip and it survived. It is super stylish and easy to maneuver. My 11 year old set up the locks on all 3 pieces with no issues. We bought them in white and there’s a couple of scuffs, as expected. I’ll most likely buy another set.

Just got back from a weeklong vacation and the zipper is already broken. A tear in the fabric has now rendered this suitcase useless. Im especially angry about this since the return window is closed. Id leave 0 stars if I could!

I love it. Light weight can handle being thrown around smooth wheels alot of space it you fold your clothes correctly. All my close shoes for a week vacation plus personal items fit all in the smallest one and still have space for more.

I received the luggage all packaged separately and everything was as expected and arrived on time. Three quality sized suitcases and the handling was perfect. Thank you Ginza Travel!
