Very soft and comfortable.

Head rest sits high on cars head rest. If you lower it for neck support, the straps will not hold it, and it falls forward. I dont know if you can buy both head and neck support and fit them together. Im 53 and it hit high on my head and actually made my neck more uncomfortable. I am going to try buying the neck support to see if head rest and neck rest fit together and give full support. Its soft, not memory foam, which I find too hard. It didnt do what I wanted, which was for neck support for my SUV and RV.

Nice pillows. Comfortable on the neck while driving. I may add some more foam because I like it to be a little firmer. Over quality good. No weird smell once opened. They did expand quickly once the bag was opened. Satisfied with my purchase

I was in my mother in laws car & she had the softest headrest covers, which allowed a good angle to rest while driving a distance. I looked online and found this one, and it came with a pillow that I put behind my back!! Both are so soft, it makes a long trip much more comfortable.

For some reason Amazon only sent the head rest bur not the back pillow. I contacted the vendor and a week later he sent me the back pillow which is the best part of this set. Very comfortable and makes the long road trips I do so comfortable now, no back pain.

They’re sooo soft and comfy, gonna buy another set for the back. “White” is more a “cream” color but that’s what I was hoping for haha

I got a set of these for my S580…. They’re super plush and comfortable. Super easy to install. You use the string if you want to use it as a neck pillow or the strap if you want to use it as a headrest pillow. Really makes the back seat a lot more comfy.
