> 24 hourThe product gives excellent protection from the Sun and rain and it was easy to install. There were no instructions but the insulation was self-explanatory. The elastic side of the cover goes over the tired and the inside of the tires and the non-elastic side goes on the tires away from the trailer, as seen on the photo. There is a snap band that goes from the front tire cover to the second tire cover, and it was easy to tighten up after snapping the bands together, as seen on the photo. The outside layer of the covering seems to be a PVC type layer to resist rain and sun and the inside layer seems to be felt cotton. This combination will protect the tires from the sun and weather and hopefully keep the inside layer dry after the rain. I try to keep the fabric from touching the ground as much as possible so that way it does not soak up rain water from the ground. I havent had it long enough to know how long it will last but it certainly does look well built. Highly recommended!

> 24 hourWe installed these dual axle wheel covers on our flatbed trailer. The spacing of the axles was about the same as on our RV, which already has covers, so we thought it would work and it did perfectly as you can see in the picture. We didn’t get the straps hooked up because the mosquitos where eating us alive, but the covers fit nice and snug so they aren’t going anywhere until after the mosquitos die off. They are thick, but I am not sure how sturdy the outside black layer is. I will give it the benefit of a doubt for now and update if needed later in the season. Right now the sun is hot and one side gets blasted during the day. In a few months the Colorado snow will begin to fly and hopefully they will continue to protect the wheels from that as well. There was no strange odors when opening this package and the seems look like they were done well. So I feel pretty good about these doing what they are suppose to do, protect the tires from the outdoor elements.

> 24 hourI got this for my Double Axel cargo trailer, since I havent needed it much in the last months I haver installed these covers to save my tires from the ever beating down Florida sun. I dont want the tires to end up dry rotted in only a couple of years so it is important for me to protect them. These covers do just the trick for me so I am happy with them. If they fail I will report back.

> 24 hourLiving in the desert means having to be extra careful about tire dry rot. This is unavoidable on trailer tires as, unless you tow a lot, the tread will outlive the rubber. You can, however, extend the life of the tires by taking the best care possible. This includes protecting them from the sun when not in use. Our heat and low humidity will still cause eventual damage, but keeping the suns UV rays off will certainly help. I put these covers on my dual-axle flatbed trailer. The distance front to back on the tires is about five feet. The covers look like they could do at least another foot or so. There is a strap on each with an easy fastener to hook around the back so the wind doesnt send your covers into the next county.
