I have been using the cup turner every now and then. To display cups and mugs I make.. After a few uses (6x) it started to sort of shake when turning. The cool thing abt this cup turner that it can turn left or right. But the only downfall is that makes that slight shaking rotation when in use.

Stops turning if you have it spinning in one direction for too long.

I purchased this item to display my cups for my website. The turner works both ways, but only if it is plugged in. It does not work with batteries (yes, they are in correctly and they are brand new). It does work when plugged in and goes both ways. Maybe a little too fast to show details on the cups, but that can be edited with the video software. Overall, it is decent value for the money and I would recommend.

Do not buy this product! My boyfriend bought one for me. After putting in batteries and turning on for less than a minute, the product felt as though it was burning. When I opened it back up, the batteries were literally peeling. So dangerous. Do not recommend.
