These add another layer of filtering and soften the sound of the water returning to the tank. I used the pre-cut ones for a while but I recently ordered a sheet that Ill cut to size myself to make it a bit cheaper.

These are pretty straight forward if you keep an aquarium of sorts. Buying in bulk at a good price keeps you from having to rinse and re-use every so often. Just pop in a new one, every other 25% water change.

Who do I need to talk to about my order? I ordered 3 packages of 4 large amonia filters but I only got 1 package of small amonia filters.
