These are awesome for all your stages of caterpillars. You can move the caterpillars to another cage when they become teenagers. So nice to have 3 so you dont hsve tiny caterpillars with large ones. I love these

These are wonderful!!!!! The Painted Ladies are now in the cocoon stage. I have 2 Monarchs cocoons, one that just went into the J shape and 3 that are still chowing down. Ill be checking on the J on every minute or so today. :) I missed the other ones. Once they begin to form the form the chrysalis, its completed within a few minutes. The caterpillars/cocoons and I are extremely happy. :) To anyone who will listen to me, I will highly recommend they purchase these!

Perfect habitat to observe the lifecycle of a caterpillar! Its large size allowed for multiple milkweed plants. My daughters and I released 16 Monarch Butterflies yesterday.

I own about 10 of these now. Ive raised Monarch, Gulf Fritillary, and Swallowtail Butterflies from egg stage to release in them. They are very easy to keep clean and are simple to pack away in the fall. I highly recommend them.

The cages smelled like plastic and even after a few weeks of washing and air drying them, theres still an issue? I used my old cages without a problem, just today I tried these again and the caterpillars started dying a few hours later? Im convinced it was the cages since Ive been raising Monarchs now for over a year!

These butterfly houses are great for the home butterfly grower. The zippered door provides easy access. Its light and easy to move around. When not in use, it can be wrapped and flattened into a disk.
