I bought these for outdoor use, which these are marketed as being appropriate for, but then I see the adapter needs to be kept indoors. So, being able to use them outside isnt going to happen. I decided to cancel my second order of them and just keep the ones I received and hang them in my living room. They are very pretty and seem to work fine. The remote seems finicky. Sometimes it works, sometimes I have to shut the lights off and turn them back on to switch modes. Im not sure of the issue. I am pointing the remote directly at the receiver. Detangling these can be a nightmare. I read the reviews and directions, so I didnt unravel the strands until the lights were hung, but even doing so, and trying to be careful as possible, my lights needed about 20 minutes of detangling. Im not sure how Ill be taking them down, because they so easily get knotted up. Id buy these if you are looking for indoor lights that you plan to hang permanently.

The lights are gorgeous, but the remote didnt work.

Ive been installing these lights for 2 years in a row just because they are beautiful, to sotre them away can get tricky as you need to roll each line one by one, but if you dont mind the extra work, its totally worth it!

I bought this to fill my wall in my stream room. I love the function of making them brighter or dimming them. They also have functions to make the lights dance and in few different motions. The controller is easy to use. It was a slight pain to set up since the strains like to twist around each other, but that is expected. Make sure you get something sturdy that can handle weight since they obviously arent the lightest. I have had this product for a year and lights are still bright and running with no lights burned out. In the photo this is the lowest light intensity...they do get super bright if you want them to.

Installed them on the inside for Christmas. They are just beautiful. They are pretty tangled, but after the first one, it was easy to install the other two. I have them on the timer setting, 6 Hours on. So far everything works like a charm.

I love the glow of these and I placed them under sheer curtains to diffuse the light. I do however have to give you a warning: these are a total nightmare to untangle if you manage to tangle them in the first place. If you have to move them to a different space like I did, roll each line of lights up and twist tie them that way (like how they are when first purchased) they do not tangle into each other…otherwise spend 4 hours untangling them…

I love these lights! I was initially worried about them being too long and dragging on the floor. This wasnt a problem because you can almost adjust how long you want them to be by how hard you stretch them. I just stretched them to the floor and it was perfect. The only downside to this product is the remote. It comes with a sheet that tells you which number gives which light effect, ( blinking, flashing etc. ) but it is inaccurate. I had to play with the remote over and over to manually figure out which number was which setting. You also have to be right beside where it is plugged in for the remote to work. It wont work from far away. Other than the remote, it is a great product!

I used these as Christmas lights for my shed and they were great. The different light settings are a nice plus too

The lights are just right for our needs.
