This is exactly what I expected when I ordered it. It is a very, very fine mesh. You do have to be careful in the handling because it is strong and can cut your fingers if you are not careful. I glue it into my planters to cover the drainage holes. It does allow a slow pass through of water but retains sand and dirt. Very effect in performing the task that I wanted it for. I have not seen any rust so far in my tests after about 30 days. It will not allow a fast pass through of the water, but that should be expected with this fine of a mesh.

Used this for a roach breeding bin, they definitely wont get through it. Perfect. The edges are very sharp though! Be careful when handling.

Perfect product for mouse holes . I used it to devise a filter artound my outdoor aquarium water circulating pump. Algae and water plant pieces kept clogging the pump, and it had to be taken out, opened and cleaned every few days. With the screen I just use a brush to sweep it clean and drop it back into the water.

Its metal mesh, not sure what to say other than yes, this is metal and mesh It cuts fine, molds fine, and comes in a nice little tube so it doesnt get smushed to smithereens and creased all over. So, as a layman, I give this metal mesh a 5/5, because I dont know what else to give it.

I actually have not applied them yet but I am confident they will be fine. Im going to use them for covering air vents in my shed. The wasps love my shed so these screens will cover the vent area to keep them out. Im sure they will work great !

We got LED string lights from one of the big box membership stores. There must be something in the wire that’s mighty tasty to squirrels because they chewed off about 20 bulbs/sockets. To add insult, the squirrels TOOK OFF with them! (I found one buried in my compost pile). I zip tied this mesh to each down wire that connects the bulbs/sockets and so far the squirrels have left them alone (about 7 mos.). The mesh is very flexible and easy to cut, but be careful, the edges are VERY sharp!

They fold it to fit is a very small plastic bag, and the actual size is 11 5/8 X 38 1/2 The screen itself seems to be decent quality, it is slightly magnetic, Ill update if it has excessive rusting.
