The instructions were only in Chinese, and the bluetooth function didnt work.

Dont waste your money.

bt range short short, like feet, and not many, dont give me public areas looking for open channels stuff, i am out of range of all other bt devices when i would have used this and there are 3 active in our house, thats 3 active bt devices for at least a mile. tiny screen who would watch video on this? lots of static signal loss, connectivity issues. just details and i dont believe this was a faulty product

It says Bluetooth, but only with included earbuds!!! Not with my nose or Sony earphones or earbuds!!! Was useless to me. I returned it and learned Bluetooth doesn’t mean all Bluetooth!!!

I ordered this because I liked the way it looked and all the features it comes with. The low price was certainly also a consideration. I received it very quickly. I plugged it into a USB outlet to charge it and left it alone for a few hours. When I returned, I unplugged it and tried to turn it on. No response. So then I charged it overnight, for in excess of eight hours. Same result. I requested a replacement from Amazon, which they shipped right away. I charged it for TWO DAYS and got the same result. Its hard to believe that there were two bad units in a row like that. Some of the text is in Chinese, which Im sorry to say I do not read, so maybe I did something wrong, but the second one is going back and I will consider other options.

This was a big bummer as we purposely bought an mp3 to pair with new Beats for my sons birthday. The Mp3, itself, is great quality and easy to transfer music onto.

Couldnt add my music

iam sending it back. the instruction booklet is written so small that you need a magnifying glass to read it. wasnt helpful at all. couldnt get it to connect to my speaker. just wasnt happy with product

BT on these is a joke. One pair of earbuds would not connect. Another set of earbuds connected/disconnect every few seconds. The cheapest earbuds (a third pair) connected and had a max volume so low, I could almost hear it when I held my breath. This is junk.

Could not load new music/data to this unit. No instructions came with unit. Several savy IT friends attempted and were unable to load new music! Very disappointing ☹️
