Im super happy with this tie dye kit. I bought it as a Christmas gift for our 3 and 5 year old boys. The two neighbor kids came over too and we all tie dyed a shirt. The bottles come prefilled with the right amount of powder color, and all you do is fill it with water and go. The tips on the bottles make it so easy to squirt the dye where you want it. Even the 3 year olds were able to do so. The kit includes a plastic table cover, aprons and gloves. We did this in our kitchen on a rainy day with minimal mess. Very easy clean up. We used six of the bottles and it was plenty for us to make five kid sized tshirts and one adult. Lots of colors left in the kit for next time!

Didn’t like the fact that it didn’t come with any materials to tie dye

Excellent product & customer service - Thank You Vanlis!I I even appreciated the little insert reminding how important it is for us customers to make a review visible if we have an experience in which we can share. And I do so here it goes.... I make tie dyed t-shirts & other items to sell online for my small business. What an impressive pleasant surprise to see how vibrant the colors turned out!! Exceptional by far for the price I paid. Value is on point & Product exceeded my expectations, I definitely highly recommended this product . Recommended also for beginners while also perfect for advanced tie dying souls like myself. A side note ... I recommend doing everything that normally enhances colors on material when you tie dye. Here are my tips -the things that I religiously do ---- - pre wash the fabric you are dying -it is always helpful for color vibrancy & overall take to the material to soak your items in soda ash right before dying -then ring out excess water before applying the dye. (If you do not have soda ash -half the time I am out of it ) use a little bit of vinegar inside of the bottles with mixed dye --;the most important tip is to do some sort of heat application prior to rinsing the dye off. For instance ... either: microwave each garment for 1 minute each garment in a plastic bag tied shut or put them inside the dryer for about 10 to 20 minutes (in a few carefully enclosed plastic sacks) Highly recommend this seller once again And the product that

My niece was having her birthday party at my house and I was trying to find something to keep my kids and all my nieces and nephews occupied for a little bit. I figured tie dying would be an awesome idea. I picked up this set because I liked that it had a ton of colors and it came with aprons, table clothes. Gloves and rubber bands. Let’s start with the good. There are sooo many color options.’i think there’s like 10 types of blues and 10 types of greens alone. The dye seamed to stick pretty well. The photo of my son holding his up is taken the day after and is nice and vibrant still and this is after it was rinsed and dried. The directions were clear and easy to follow and give a few different technique recommendations to try. The bad. Though there are a lot of colors there’s not very much dye. Each kid sized shirt took between 2-3 bottles each... so that’s lame. The aprons in the photo very clearly look like fabric aprons. They most definitely were not. In fact we couldn’t even use them. They are the thinnest plastic I have ever seen. No joke About 1/10 of the thickness of a plastic grocery bag from checkout. They are that thin. After I ripped 2’i gave up and had the kids all just take there swim suits off so as not to ruin them. Th e same issue with the aprons applies to the gloves too. Needless to say couldn’t even use those either and it’s now been 4 days and I still have dye under my nails I can’t get out. Overall I think this is quite over priced. The amount of each dye you get is laughable. And the quality of everything else was so bad that it would have been better to just not even include them. Well besides the rubber bands. Those were actually pretty decent for this! I think if you can get this set on sale, maybe $40-$50 max, then it’s not a bad set if you want a ton of colors. But there’s also a ton of these out there to choose from and while the shirts came out nice this just isn’t worth the price.

These dyes are tiny. The bottles are less than 1/2 the size of the bottles the leading brand provides in their kits. This means if you want to make matching shirts for a family of 4 then you are out of luck for most basic patterns. Choose another product, preferably one that doesnt think the number of elastic bands is more important than the amount of dye.

I had a kit prior to this and the colors werent super vibrant. This kit blew that out of the water. I thought I was doing something wrong, but it was just the quality. This kit is awesome! I love tie-dye. The colors came out so well. They are very vibrant! I love it!
