I bought this cable as a replacement and it works fine...

easy-to-use and easy to put away

So Ive only used this cable to charge twice, and when not in use it was neatly wrapped and undisturbed in my travel case. The insulation is already breaking free from the usb connector end, exposing the red and white wires inside. Its still safe to use for the time being as those wires are still insulated, but I will no longer be using this, and have to go buy another one. Old Review: Cable successfully transfers electricity from a source to your 3DS. Therefore it checks off all boxes for me.

It works! The cable feels pretty sturdy and came on time. I just found my DSi recently and haven’t played one in years so I’m very excited about this. Thank you!

I misplaced my original charger and needed a backup. Im not a big user of my 2DS so a charged battery uses last me quite a while; so I havent really used it much in the weeks since purchase. That said, Im glad I dont use it much because this cable is no longer working properly. It worked the first 2 or 3 times I used it, granted it took much longer than a normal charger to get a full charge. I could live with that, but now Im barely getting any charge at all even after leaving it plugged in all day long. Buy a legit Nintendo charger. Its not worth the headache.

Length is fine for. So far so good. Will update here if the life of the wire is shorter than expected.

I bought it after a house fire and about 5mins ago the 3ds stopped chargering and I checked and the cable nearly burnt me it was so hot so I quickly pulled it outta the wall and threw it away it destroyed my charger box thing and now I dont have a charger for my phone or 3ds

Works well for what it is, the cable itself feels rather low quality tbh but it travels well and has worked with all the power banks I tried it with

ive tried different outlets and plugging it into the computers usb, this charger is dead on arrival
