These are pretty much a big deal, because its a good deal and i didnt fall 35ft to my death while using them.. it works

A strong, quality carabiner with a lock gate is essential for securing a pinch collar to a flat collar as a back up, in case a link on the pinch fails. An advantage of the twist gate lock over a more common screw gate is you can secure the carabiner with one hand which is important if your dealing with a 80 pound, struggling German Shepherd. The twist gate on this carabiner is of moderate quality and very difficult to open and close with one hand, defeating the purpose. The typical carabiner bought in the store for key chains, etc. is garbage and a gate failure is a common problem. This carabiner would be much more reliable as a key chain holder or to secure an item to a pack or luggage. As a dog collar or leash accessory, spend the extra money for a Camp USA, Petzl or Black Diamond brand. ABSOLUTELTY DO NOT USE THIS CARABINER FOR CLIMBING!

A little pricey but an excellent product. Very sturdy. Bought to use for a hammock but look forward to getting a few more to have handy.

Used for my emergency brake cable on my enclosed trailer, as it needs a separate hooking. Should do job very well hopefully never needs too.

I’ve been looking for a carabiner like this for a long time. These are the perfect size for a keychain. Not only do the look good but there nice quality for the money. The one thing I really like is the fact the actual spring is hidden. Make no mistake, this is NOT for climbing purposes. Overall I’d highly recommend these for a keychain, dog harness, etc...

Quality stuff.

Before I used to use regular carabiners and after a while they would get loose and my keys would fall off my belt loop. With these carabiners with the auto lock function once I clip them onto my belt I know my keys are going to be in place all the time.
