3M 7000000484 Foam Polishing Pad - 8, 2000 Max RPM

We use these at work for polishing furniture like wood products. We attach them to grinders and use for low volume buffing. They are pretty durable and I feel we get our moneys worth each time. We repeat this purchase often.

I own a shop and I have tried different brands but 3m brand is the best and hold up better than the others

I use this for my second step with any polish following with the blue pad,together they make my car like mirror,very professional product!!!!

These held to my buffer and did an amazing job

Used as finishing pad in conjunction with Meguiars Flagship and a dab of cleaner wax (after compounding with a 3m wool polishing pad, Meguiars 49 & a cleaner wax) this left a beautiful mirror finish on fiberglass. Recomnend watching YouTube or manufacturer videos on proper waxing techniques, product use, etc for best results. Waxing is an art and a science and poor results are generally user errors like too much product, too warm or cold a surface, tackling too large an area at once, not “cleaning” pads frequently (buy spur for wool, brush for foam), etc. For very large area I had 4 of these and 2 wool pads and washed out with Greased Lightning or Dawn and let dry a couple of days. Very durable. I used 5-8 hrs a day over several days and feel I could do the same at least once if not twice without replacing.

The velcro backing on these pads did not adhere to my current 3M backing plate as all my other assorted 3M pads do. I ended up throwing them in the trash.

Im very well pleased with these pads. I get very good results and am pleased with the quality of these pads.

I used these pads along with one stage of 3m perfect it product to buff a 20’ boat. It came out Amazing
