Worked great for my 04 s2000. Direct replacement. Took 30 seconds to install.

Worked like a charm for my 06 Honda S2000. Didnt need the gromets. Side by side, it looks exactly like the piece that came out. The plastic does seem to be a little harder than the original, but at this price as long as it doesnt break immediately its worth it.
