I love this shirt, its very soft and my 3 year old thought it was comfortable; however, it definitely runs small, and they had grown out of it well before turning 3.5. I would definitely recommend sizing up.

I would suggest a 3yearold short. My child is a little on the bigger side sominordered the bigger size but im.thinking the actual 3 year ild size would work.
