Overall pretty good and easy option. A few stray wires near the boot ends under the heat tubing, that seemed like they could eventually poke through the shrink insulation. Added extra layers of electric tape to make sure no shorts occurred there.

These are mid grade cables at a premium cable price at best. Will.they do the job? Yes and very well but in hindsight a better value for the money would be bulk wire and terminals to make them. I would recommend these for ease of installation first, not highest possible performance.

Used to hook up a deep cycle battery to a pure sine wave inverter. I think this is bigger than needed for my current setup but cables are better too big than too small.

Works perfectly, now I dont have to use a bucket to transfer electricity from one battery to another.

These cables will easily satisfy my needs in connecting batteries in a solar power system. Good purchase -- although a little pricey since they only have to clamp on two ring connectors. Probably took all of 30 seconds to finish connecting the ring connectors to a piece of wire.

I bought it reach the two 50 amp batteries I have in parallel connected to my UPS inverter to power my refrigerator at a severely remote location. Grid power for house power and battery charging is from a 7500 watt generator that runs 12 hours a day. There in nothing else on the batteries for the other 12 hours except the fridge.

Not 8.2 mm.
