Good support and easy to figure out

I bought several of these and had to contact support for help configuring them twice. Their customer support is excellent. I got responses very quickly and they were able to solve my issue. I was replacing an older system and needed help figuring out the wiring. Chen was awesome. Inexpensive products can be found everywhere but finding those with great customer support is rare.

I had a question about setting up this unit and the support responded within the day.

The lock is easy to use, has a lot of function. More function can be supported by the tech group, which responses very quick!

I used this board to connect 2 door keypad readers. I worked with the seller to buy 1 of these and 2 of the keypad and rfid readers with the 600lb locks. The seller was absolutely fantastic to work with and even was going to put a custom set on Amazon for me. I didnt plan well and needed it in 2 days so I pieced it together from what was prime. The board and software are plain and fairly straight forward. I just plugged the board into a 1500 APC so I would have locked gates when the power went out. I put this in at our neighborhood pool. I would recommend 100%. Picture is of when I was testing all parts together before I went and mounted them at the pool.

Tech support is good

This is a great product and easy to install. In lack in documentation is made whole by contacting customer support. I have installed 3 of these and they work flawlessly. Many features and the software works very well for a variety of configurations. Mobile app works well, whether on the network or cellular. I will be installing a fourth controller. Card/fob swipes work perfectly, as do the keypads.

Im very pleased with this controller. This was my first time installing this sort of device. I had a minor issue and I contacted support. They were very responsive and provided me with accurate info to quickly solve my problem. Buy this controller and you wont be disappointed.

This product is more than what I expected. The price is beyond comparison to access Control systems out there. Software is robust and can do many things to cater for customer needs. Tech support is by far superior. They reply promptly with correct answers with video support.
