Out of the box the system was easy to install, just follow the diagrams and or videos. I do recommend if this is your first time purchasing this system you temporarily setup on a test bench to test system and get to know the components. I am looking forward to purchasing more of these in the future.

This was easy to install (once I got the wires run). I was able to install each door about 45 min. Had a problem with the registration and Xiangyun had a solution the next morning. Control board has been running about 2 months with no problems. The provided links on the USB simplified the wiring process. About to install a 4 door system and link the 2.

Im very pleased with this controller. This was my first time installing this sort of device. I had a minor issue and I contacted support. They were very responsive and provided me with accurate info to quickly solve my problem. Buy this controller and you wont be disappointed.

I bought this to replace my 20+ year old Northern Computers door access system. I ran into a couple of questions along the way and these people went above and beyond in helping me figure out the exact wiring of my old door system. Ive installed a few other door systems and when I needed help they were not very helpful. Id say my average wait time from when I emailed them was less than 4 hours. The lock is easy to use, has a lot of function. More function can be supported by the tech group, which responses very quick!
