Great, compact tote for weekend travel :)

Lightweight but zipper is cheap and hard to use.

No issue with walking on the planes using this bag as a personal item. Got my moneys worth with two trips.

Use as a personal item on frontier and love it

To get straight to the point, this bag will work for a personal item. I never even got asked to put it in the bag measurement bin. It holds a lot of stuff and everyone on my trip was so shocked at how much I was able to pack in there. Some others had two large suitcases and I had so much stuff in this little bag that I had extras. For full disclosure, I did tuck some small items in a neck pillow, put some items in the zipper compartment at the bottom of the luggage, and carried my towel in hand plus had a duty free bag for some stuff but if you pack light and you will be fine.

This is the perfect bag for a short trip. I used it on a weekend trip and it held everything I needed. Its light-weight, rolls nicely (only two wheels), but doesnt fit under the seat on Southwest planes. Having had a shoulder replacement, I needed help getting it into the overhead bin but there were helpful passengers or one of the flight attendants who were willing to help. I highly recommend it.

I bought this suitcase to bring a Spirit Airlines flight without paying a fee for carry on luggage. It worked. The bag is the exact dimensions allowed for a “personal item“. I packed four days worth of clothes, a toiletry bag and a small purse without overstuffing it. The one drawback I will mention is that, though it fits in the allotted space under the seat, it juts out lengthwise far enough to significantly reduce leg/foot room. It was worth it for me because I’m short and was able to rest my feet on top of the bag. Somebody taller might find it uncomfortable.
