> 3 dayI was impressed by how stiff this plastic was. In fact, when I took them out of the package I worried at first that they would be a bear to insert. The retention fins were thin enough where that turned out not to be a problem and they pushed in without excessive force. There is a decent amount of plastic that abuts the tubing end-wall as well. My application was more aesthetic, but i wouldnt be too afraid to put some axial load through them- unlike some of the soft and squishy materials endcaps are often made from.
