4 Pack Caster Wheels Swivel Plate Stem Break Casters On Black Polyurethane Wheels 880 Lbs (5 inch with Brake)

Although the price on these casters was outstanding, I was disappointed with how the wheel material ( Urethane?) flat spots when the bench has not been moved. These are supposed to rated for 880# per set, which at approximately 250# current weight load is nowhere near. Conditions in my garage here in Texas during the summer is brutal. When the door is closed, it probably gets 120 degrees in there. Perhaps in winter it will be different. I thought that since I was no where near the load limit, they would be fine. I have a roll around cart with about 350# weight on those rubber wheel casters and they do not do that. ??????????

Couldnt beat the price. Will test it shorting to move my gun safe and see if the rated capacity of the wheels is true. The wheels are rated at 250# per wheel.

I purchased these for a scrap wood storage cart and they are top quality. Just the materials used to build the cart made it heavy, and after adding the wood to it, well, you can just imagine the weight then. I used a caster at each corner, and one at the front and back of the center. It takes little effort to get it moving, and then rolls very easily. I used a locking caster at two corners to keep the cart from wandering around on my uneven cellar floor. Ill be sure to use them for future projects.

Installed on mobile workbench/table. Easy to install, rolls smoothly, brakes are reliable. Solid construction.

It worked!!

I bought these to support a a table saw stand that I built. The 50 year old table saw frame and stand are all made of cast iron. It is a heavy rascal. These wheels handle the job with no problem. The only issue I experienced was that these 3 wheels were a little smaller than the size stated. It was an issue for me as I need only a small amount of clearance to make my saw mobile. I ended up just putting a small wood shim under each wheel when I attached them to the frame. Problem solved. No need to return.

Casters were good, but I was looking for a break casters. I wish they would not have put Break casters on the product.
