We had some of a different brand previously that we couldnt even use in our guestroom headboard furniture because they wouldnt turn all the way off and in our master bedroom with the same kind of headboard furniture they worked but if you didnt have them turned up enough they wouldnt come on and then if you didnt leave them bright enough they would blink. These work perfectly in both our bedrooms with same kind of headboard furniture.

> 3 dayWorks great - but i got them for dinning room cabinet and wish they were a tad less brighter and more yellow - you may want to check on Lumens and Kelvin rating if its important for your application. Rating them 4 as i should have checked it before.

> 3 dayThese bulbs are brighter than the bulb being replaced. They also seem to have a narrower angle of illumination causing the light to be more focused. Not quite as appealing as the older bulbs. There is one other more important issue with these bulbs. They smell. They have an electronic smell to them as though they are burning some coating off of their circuitry. Ive had one of them in now for over a week and it has been on approximately 8 hours per day and the smell has lessened or I have just gotten used to it. Either way it was very off-putting when I first tried the bulbs out, but I do think it is lessening over time. I would have sent them back but its hard to know what the replacements would have been like, it seems like everything I purchase anymore on Amazon has an issue that I dont know about till I receive and try out the product. Amazon has always been good about taking returns but I hate to put this on them. Unfortunately its a sign of the times.
