These are well built and will work great for my project. They are not perfect though. If you are using 4/0 cable, the lugs are just a bit to big for both the covers and small screw attachment point. As you can see in the pictures, I had to modify the covers and remove the small screws to make them work. If you are using smaller cable, like 2/0, Id sat they are just about perfect. I am using the 3/8 bolts with 3/8 lugs.

Used these in my solar installation. Looked all over for a distribution bar that could handle 5/16 as well as 3/8ths. I wish this thing could do all 5/16ths lugs so it would be able to handle any size lugs on the cables. But it is well made and I appreciate the top cover plate as an added safety measure. Good quality materials and workmanship.

Well made. Works well. Covers are excellent for protecting the studs from accidental shorting by bv tools or other.

I love these. I reworked the battery compartment in my 1999 Fleetwood Bounder and added a battery monitoring system. Really made the compartment look professional. These are well made and sturdy.
