> 24 hourI have load tested these shorties all the way through continuous discharge at C ratings on an 100aH battery and really was impressed with the fact that terminal temperatures were ambient with conductive paste. I also briefly drew a hard resistive load at 130A and no significant terminal heating took place. The cable strand counts are very dense (no figures there) so dont twist the ends while installing them. I oversized all my interconnect conductors and certainly have no regrets there. Build quality is excellent and the terms seem very well done. Have had a few of these for a couple years now and they hold up well. Great value.

> 24 hourThese things are the beefiest cables Ive purchased to date. I bought them for a 12V 2000W inverter install and wanted to make sure I could withstand a 200 AMP draw. One downside and not any fault of the seller or product is that 4/0 copper is heavy and the lugs are large. They almost put too much strain on the inverter terminals.

> 24 hour4/0 cable, bought pre-crimped. The crimps were very bad, and pulled right off by hand alone. I noticed some copper showing when attaching a lug to a switch at a slight angle, so I took it off the switch, and gave a pull: the lug came right off the wire. It was very clearly not done right enough, and not with machine precision.

> 24 hourIve been buying heavy gauge cables for about 15 years using them for high power inverters and solar projects. Cables ranged from ok to terrible, sometimes even even the crimps came loose. Well today my 4/0 7ft Windy Nation cables came and they a WAY superior to anything Ive ever seen! The cable ends are solid and tightly sealed with an adhesive shrink wrap, they are very very flexible, and the insulation is a thick and rubbery with the scent of REAL rubber very similar to tires. It may sound silly but they are a delight to even hold lol. I will never ever buy a different brand again! Im even going to trash all my solar MC4 cables and treat my system to some Windy Nations lol. And to top it all off my cables came two weeks earlier than the estimate Amazon provided.
