This bag is a great weekend bag, or for short trips. It is very well built, the seams are all very sturdy and the canvas is durable. The leather is also surprisingly nice. All the clasps and zippers work well. The shoulder strap is included and it is comfortable to use. I also like that is has a shoe compartment, keeps my clothes in the main compartment from getting dirty which is nice. The only thing to be aware of is that due to the heavy weight canvas and leather, the bag has some weight to it, even when empty so I imagine it could get quite heavy if you really filled it up which would be a consideration if you are using it to travel. Other than that, I really enjoy this bag and can see myself using it for a long time.

This is an excellent choice for overnight and weekend travel. Very attractively designed and sturdy, with tight stitching and good quality materials. Would work well for casual or more formal settings. The appearance is very much as advertised. The key factor Id recommend focusing on in evaluating for purchase is the size. I find the size to be perfect; some others might want a bit more space. No single answer--just something each customer can decide for themself.

This is a large, functional weekender bag or gym bag. It has a separate compartment to store your shoes. The bag has a removable shoulder strip and stay put handles. It is small enough to use as a carry on bag for airline travel but I am thinking that this bag is too large to use as a personal item bag. The bag has some nice leather accents and unwaxed canvas material. The material is thicker and decent quality. You are able to fit enough clothing items for a 3-5 day trip depending on how large your clothing items are.

Nice quality material and leather. It’s like a think canvas like material. Really nice hardware and leather accents. Lots of zipper pouches on the side and front- I will be using this a lot for short trips.

We got this for a weekend bag or carry on when flying. Its very nice quality and very sturdy. I like the size pocket for shoes. Once you put them in there they have the room to stretch but stay separate from your clothes to avoid getting them dirty or stinky. The size is great. You fit A lot! I really love this bag and will be using this for all my traveling from now on.

Recently carried it for a 4-day trip. I carry my good clothes on hangers instead of golfing and packing them. I had plenty of room in the back for all my other clothes including some sportswear and t-shirts and jackets/hoodies. It was exactly what I wanted!
