I needed this for work and it’s perfect. Lots of separate compartments for things, padding for a laptop, and a back pocket for personal items.

This seems like a well built backpack, with plenty of pockets and space for traveling. I havent tried it, but it seems like I could fit my MacBook Pro, my 15in Lenovo laptop, and my iPad easily inside this with plenty of room leftover. The included usb cord to attach a power-packed is a nice bonus. I havent abused it traveling yet, but I doubt it will fall apart. If it does I will update my review, but it seems well constructed.

The fabric or material does not look the same as the picture posted in the advertisement, especially the outside. The way they shipped the bag to customers is that the bag was folded in half. When the customer received it, the bag is always bent. They should not have to fold the bag just to save space on shipping. With this price point of around $40, I think the material is in that range. I think this bag is a big one for 17 inches laptop, it should have a front chest lock to make it more comfortable to carry. And at the bottom part should have added better protection for the computer. Other than those negative comments, the bag has all functionalities as advertised. The laptop slot is so huge. You can put a gaming laptop.

I ordered this backpack because I have had a hard time finding a bag that can fit my 17 laptop. Unfortunately, Im only 51 and it is longer than my torso, so I cant wear it comfortably, but its fine--Ill either wear it uncomfortably, or my 6 tall husband can wear it. Its one of the largest backpacks Ive ever seen (aside from backpacking backpacks,) and it has a lot of big pockets, though not so many small pockets as other bags Ive seen. It actually has two sleeves in two different sections that are large enough to fit my 17-inch laptop. One of them is padded and its in a section that unzips all the way to the base of the backpack so you can lay the entire bag flat and have the laptop easily accessible for TSA. The other sleeve that fits my laptop is in a smaller section of the backpack and doesnt have any padding. That sleeve is probably better for carrying notebooks or possibly a document folio. Theres a similar, smaller sleeve in yet another section that would probably also fit notebooks, or maybe a smaller computer or iPad. The section with the larger unpadded sleeve has a USB cable inside thats connected to a port on the outside of the bag that you can use to plug something in if you have a USB cord with you. I havent tried it so I cant tell you if it actually works. The section with the smaller sleeve has cable feeds for headphones and another cord. Im not really sure why you would need to plug in so many cords to devices that are inside your bag. Maybe if youre sitting around at the airport for hours and you travel with corded noise-canceling headphones, or if you carry a small power bank, you can use it to charge your devices. Isnt your phone pretty much always in your hand, though? So, yeah. Im not sure about that. The synthetic material is not the thickest canvas youll see on the most rugged backpacks; its a bit lighter weight, but still seems quite durable. I think the bag is probably too large to count as a personal item on a plane. Im not a frequent flyer so I cant say for sure, but since I dont travel for business, have a small stature, and tend to pack a lot of stuff, I think Id rather take a wheeled carry-on, especially through large airports. I think this bag would be perfect for taller students who like to travel light, for example. Maybe my husband will use it if he ever needs to fly somewhere solo. I plan to use this bag for taking my computer places, for road trips, and maybe for car camping. Backpacks are easier for me to carry than duffel bags, and I like that the description says the material is water resistant. I like that theres a pocket on the back for keeping travel documents and money secure, but its large and Im not sure how practical it is. Its harder to get stuff out when its on the back side, and wallets are lumpy so I dont really want that pressing against my back while Im walking. I wish there was a smaller pocket on the outside for things that would normally go in my purse, because when the pocket is in an obvious location its easier to find those things quickly. I have a lot of small things like chapstick, pens, breath mints, ear buds, eyeglasses, etc, so I need a lot of little pockets to organize them. Otherwise, Im not going to be able to find the really important stuff when I need it, like my keys or my Epi-Pen or my asthma inhaler. So this backpack is lacking when it comes to smaller pockets. However, the backpack is so large that I can fit my entire purse in one of the smaller pockets, so I guess thats an option.

This is a nice-looking laptop backpack -- the gray is more attractive than the basic black ones most people seem to have. Like any travel backpack it has its pros and cons because everyone has their own preferences for number of pockets and how they are arranged. Besides its good looks (fashionable, professional), it has the desirable feature of being able to open out flat the laptop section, so easier to take through security checkpoints. There are a good number of pockets and there is an inside pocket and connecting cable for a power bank. The contoured shoulder straps are not as comfortable as some but more comfortable than others -- of course, this varies so much from person to person because everyones chest is different. There is no chest strap on this model.

This laptop backpack has a lot of zippered pockets. Plenty to store book, travel items or a laptop with all the accessories. It has a nice pass-thru USB port for charging your devices with a power bank (not included). The construction seems sturdy and I expect to get several seasons worth of use out of it.

This extra large laptop backpack is pretty good in terms of pockets, space, and charger accessory. The material feels nice and not cheap, like it can take a beating without ripping. There are a bunch of pockets and storage. It also has the back band to secure it to your luggage so you don’t have to wear it. The compartments are bid and deep and can a lot of items. It also has the built in USB cord to plug in your portable charger and you can plug your phone in the front without opening the backpack. The laptop compartment opens fully flat for inspection by TSA. I would recommend this laptop for ample amount of storage and big compartments without sacrificing quality.

The bag is thin and flimsy. All the straps pooped including the handle . My son had his school Chromebook and his notebook in his bag and the bag fell apart while he was in school.

This backpack has many features you want for a laptop bag, especially for travelling. It has the USB port, multiple pockets (different sizes), the extra sleeve so you can put it on your suitcase handle and the gray color is nice for a man or a women. At this price, it is a good value, for the size!

I took this backpack on a short 3-day business trip. The backpack has a lot of space. I was able to get a MacBook Air, iPad, stylus pen, laptop stand, full size mouse and keyboard, bluetooth speaker, earbuds, cables, power blocks, battery packs all in and I had room to spare. Nice design with many pockets and comfortable padded straps. The concern with backpacks is often durability at any price but especially at this price point. The material used on the inside to separate compartments can sometimes be very thin and subject to punctures and rips, but these seem reasonably durable. The material on the outside is about what you expect at this price – not the best but with care to limit wear should give decent service life. The zippers and seams are an area where costs can be reduced and there is no exception here. The zipper pulls are a decent quality but the zippers themselves may limit service life and the seams would be something I would keep an eye on over time to make sure they don’t work loose and cause you to lose things you won’t even realize are gone until you get to your destination. A failed zipper on the wrong compartment can make the backpack somewhat useless so care when zipping/unzipping to minimize stresses on the zippers would probably be wise. At this price point it’s not a bad backpack but it should not be confused for one that will last years with heavy or harsh use.
