People at work love these, and for the price its easy to see why. People will pay OVER 3 bucks each in store and youre getting 12 at under 1.50 each. The Vit. B 6 and 12 content is better than regular 5 HR drinks, niacin is a B vitamin that causes hot flashes or flushing, and the caffeine content is almost doubled compared to regular energy drinks, but it is really the Amino acids in this product that cross the blood-brain barrier and give you the energy people crave ( phenylalanine, taurine and tyrosine - all of which boost mental function). Pros: -Does the trick! -Works great for an extra energy boost in many different situations. I use these for an afternoon pick me up, my husband swears by them for his long 12 hour work days and early mornings, and my sister who works night shifts often uses them to get through the night. Cons: - The taste leaves something to be desired. Theyre pretty tart and taste kinda like cough syrup. Luckily there isnt much liquid to get down. - If youre not busy running around you might notice that they can cause a bit of stomach upset.

This is one of the very few caffeinated drinks that have worked for me. I was surprised by its effectiveness the first time cause TBH I didnt expect anything. I dont drink this regularly though; maybe once a week when I need to remain active despite not having enough sleep and thus feeling sleepy. Great price as well and getting the 12pk is worth it.
