Every morning when I get up, these are part of my breakfast ritual. I love the tart grape flavor. I dont drink coffee so these seem to provide the perfect pick-me-up. I dont usually need them in the afternoons, I guess Im too busy to feel tired then. But in the mornings or on long drives, I find them the perfect solution. I am borderline diabetic and I took one to my General Practitioner and he gave it the thumbs up for me. If you have any medical conditions I suggest you take one of the bottles to your Dr to get his opinion as with any other supplement you may be taking.

I have been drinking the grape falvor for years and love it - the products sent twice by this company are not grape. I returned the 1st batch tasted like apple - yuk. I received the replacement - same thing. Obviously the wrong flavor has been put in the grape bottles. Who is responsible - 5 hour or the seller? Terrible, wont order again from this company.
