I use 5 Hour Energy because its the only energy shot that actually works for me. When I first started using it, I drank it a little sip at a time because I didnt like the taste of the flavor I sampled. I kept waiting to feel a boost of energy but didnt notice anything until I got to the gym and started working out. Without realizing it, I was working harder and longer than usual, and didnt feel ready to quit. 2 hours later, I realized it must have been due to 5 Hour Energy! I bought a few more in the grape flavor and put them in the fridge until the next day. I drank one in the morning, slowly again, but noticed it tasted so much BETTER cold. I breezed through the day without feeling the afternoon slump and that was when I figured out how 5 Hour worked.... at least for me. Refrigerate, drink slowly, and feel invigorated without the JOLT, WITHOUT the shakes, and when it wears off, NO SUDDEN FATIGUE! FAN-tastic! And thats what I am...a FAN!!

really like the grape flavor

My brother bought me a large box of Costcos version of the 5Hour product but there were no flavor choices and it is the regular strength. The price was right but it reminded me why I switched to the Extra Strength. Just thought you should know.

Every morning when I get up, these are part of my breakfast ritual. I love the tart grape flavor. I dont drink coffee so these seem to provide the perfect pick-me-up. I dont usually need them in the afternoons, I guess Im too busy to feel tired then. But in the mornings or on long drives, I find them the perfect solution. I am borderline diabetic and I took one to my General Practitioner and he gave it the thumbs up for me. If you have any medical conditions I suggest you take one of the bottles to your Dr to get his opinion as with any other supplement you may be taking.
