Recently pulled my GBA collection out of storage and used this to charge my 19 year-old SP. Ive previously used it to charge my DS, 3DS and Wii U devices and it just works. The cable isnt all that long, but if you set up your older handhelds closer to a power brick, itll be perfect.

My tablet and my phone my ds my switch the cord are thick and have a coating that makes it impossible for my cat to chew in half

It would not charge my gameboy advance sp. Id like a refund but I waited to long.

The reason I bought it was to fit my psp USB port and none of the 5 adapters fit properly. Ill have to return it.
