> 3 dayThis was the first time I had to replace this part on my sander. I have had my sander for a little over 10 years. I put this part on, used it to sand 4 pieces of wood for a small desk I am making and it broke! Not worth the money.

> 3 dayPurchased at the end of August and, by the beginning of October, I had to purchase a new one. It was great while it lasted, but the pad itself did not hold up for long.

> 3 dayThe original ryobi blue had a indentation in the center for the bolt that the spindle plate spins on This one does not have that. So I will have to grind one in the center of the new one to accommodate that center bolt to prevent heat from friction.. See pics

> 3 dayProduct appears to be of OEM quality. I am using on an older (blue) Ryobi sander. The RYOBI pad I replaced was for the sticky backed sanding pads. When I removed that backing pad, I noticed there were four dimples on the back, which are used to help center and locate the pad. The new pad did not have these. Using the old one as a template, I carefully drilled four partial holes in the dimple locations on the new pad and it was good to go. 5 minutes work to make an inexpensive accessory work like factory. Very satisfied and would buy again.
