These makeup sponges hold product, blend well and are easy to clean. The value for the amount you get is good and love the bonus sponge holder. Would recommend giving them a try.

This set came with five purple sponges and a sponge holder. The sponges are very soft to the skin and easy to work with. When the sponges are dry they are too small for the holder, when they are wet, it fits the holder just fine. I do not see anything wrong with the sponges and I think the price is right.

These are much more squishy and less dense than my high-end equivalent sponges. My high-end sponges are actually very hard and small when dry but they expand dramatically and become extremely bouncy when wet. However, these sponges are very squishy and bouncy even when they are dry. This is perhaps to be expected though, as this entire set of makeup sponges currently costs less than one of my high-end sponges. Even though these are not made of super dense or expandable foam, they still do a good job of buffing foundation and removing excess product for a smooth, even finish. I particularly like the copper-toned sponge holder that comes with the set. It’s very convenient to have a dedicated place to store the sponge when not in use!

This is a really good deal. Lots of sponges for little money. But for me, these sponges are too dense. Absorbs too much product when used (e.g. foundation or concealer).

So first these sponges need to be aired out since they have a weird smell to them. After that I washed them with some makeup sponge soap and it got rid of the smell completely so I recommend you do that if you don’t like the smell. They are soft somewhat bouncy sponges and have a touch of firmness. For the amount you get and the little sponge holder I think this is a great value.

Its the nature of makeup sponges to need replacing now and again, and it was that time for me. These sponges arent anything special to be fair, but theyre perfectly nice and do the job nicely. They come packaged in a handy sort of way, and inflate well with the addition of water. Good value for the price.
