Fits my ryobi perfectly ! Great value for the money and easy to change out and got right to work!!

I stuck a typical felted bottom sanding disc to the bottom of this new disc plate with the velcro bottom and started to sand using probably 80 grit disc. Noticed the sander slowing down, then moments later the disc just flew off after probably not more than 5-10 minutes of sanding. Could not get the disc to properly stick like it usually did. Then noticed that the new pad sticky surface had wore away with constant rubbing i suppose. Not to hot on getting this new surface mount pad again.

Plastic, not adhesive, Velcro does not stick to it. I sent it back!
