It is a wire ,with plasitic clips ,, was not what I wanted for a childs room

My daughter begged me for these lights, they are nice but a few things you should know. They will not stay on the wall with the included sticky tabs, so I pinned them up on the wall with clear thumb tacks. The control box is very noticeable but not a big deal as we figured it would be. It’s a little on the cheap side and u will instantly notice that upon unpacking. The clips are cheap and will break if not careful, a few were broke upon unpacking, but there is a ton so no worries there. We had maybe 3 broken ones out of 50

In theory, this is great. You need a super long wall and a it of patience to line it up so it hangs well. Also, the clips barely hold onto the sting. Looks cute, execution is not how it’ll look in the pic if you aren’t some kind of super human with a million hours of free time and a freakishly long wall.

There’s no timer setting. The batteries go quick as it easily gets left on. Had hoped to leave on overnight but by the third night it was noticeable it was dim. No type of hanging hardware either-used small command hooks.

While I don’t remember it having a remote or a timer function, these were great quality. My daughter loved them.

I sent my granddaughter the usual gift cards for her favorite stores on her birthday. I always try to include a little something for her to unwrap as well. This year it was these fairy lights. Shes a teenager and she texted me that she loved the lights. I feel great that I found something that pleased a teenage girl that was small and inexpensive.

Bought these because they were on sale but I am super impressed with them and wish I had gotten more!
