> 3 dayGot this as I wanted the airline tubing to be black and thus show less algae over time. It is a somewhat different texture from the clear airline tubing Ive used in the past, but functions the same so far. It fades more easily in to the background in my fish tank and is thus far not showing any sign of algae (Im sure theres some growing on it, it is just more difficult to discern due to the dark color) which is just what I was going for.

Greater than one weekThe only reason Im giving it a 5 star is...it came fast. Havent used it yet, probably wont for awhile. What I can see looks like its a good product.

> 3 dayFirst the pros. Pure silicon has a very nice feel. Very soft and flexible unlike traditional clear plastic air line. Its great to work with. Now the one and only con (but its a temporary con). If you can imagine for a minute the production of this air line. Its going to be extruded out and cooled, cut and wound in individual lengths, wrapped in a thin piece of cardboard, and sent to you. When you receive it, leave it outside. You dont have to unwind it. Just leave it out on the porch or something for a day or two. Because it will be one of the most vile odors youve ever had to deal with in your mailbox. But its just the residual smell of production and being sent straight to you. It will dissipate and all will be well.

> 3 dayNice and black to keep light from leaking into your hydroponic system. Now the bad side, poor packaging... Some spots got kinked and you can’t get the kink out unless you cut it.. not cool when you need 8pcs of 6’3” lengths (total 50’) now I have three sections with kinks in them.. now I need to buy more to replace the kinked ones but don’t wanna buy more kinks.. they need to roll the tubing around something to prevent them nasty kinks!

Greater than one weekIts nice its black to keep out mold but it could be a bit more rigid. Not the easiest to attach to the air pump. Minor issue though.

> 3 dayProduct came as advertised. May be great for aquariums but not for ponds. Hose is very flexible and soft. Had several cuts and tears throughout this season. I would just cut the bad spot off and attach the stone again. Not very tough at all. I would go with something a lot stronger if you use it to aerate a pond
