Look to be very good quality, very bright, we have a concrete patio that is two level we ran these lights around the joint between 1st & 2nd level, looks great and now definitely lets people know there is a step up there !

I use this as a background light above my bed for reading or behind my TV whilst gaming. I recommend if you have overhead lighting that is one directional or want a mood light. Only negative would be the connector to add additional lights, if you dont purchase the EXACT same kind they will mot connect. I also plugged mine into a remote switch / timer for easier use. I cant speak to energy usage as i dont get my energy bills.

Great set of LED lights!

These daylight white LED rope lights are VERY bright, laid out around pool deck and they overpowered the landscape lighting - had to return and get warm white, much better match for landscape lighting, however if you need bright good quality rope lights, these are made well, look good and are very bright.

Ill have to admit, I was really nervous about these lights, was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. Packaged well and had enough pieces to intall it. I used them on my gazebo which was perfect because they are a rope. Easy to thread through the holes in the frame and secure with the zip ties it came with. The warm white gave just the right amount of ambience. Would definitely reccomend.

They have only been up about 3 weeks - but so far better than expected. They feel well made with strong wiring and the lighting is subtle and bright.

Really like these, but about a four foot section burned out within a week. I like them enough that the dead spot didnt bother me enough to take them down.

I wanted warm white LEDs, about 3000-3500K, and I suspect these are around 4000K which accounts for the brightness. These are on an auto timer and run from dusk to dawn. I am camped for summer in the forest and have these lights encircling my motorhome. They keep the little furry critters from entering my coach as they wont cross the light strip. So far, no critters and all the LEDs are working well. As I said they are quite bright so if thats what you want get these. If you want a more mellow light go for lower Kelvin rating. I recommend this rope light.
