> 3 dayThis is the best wire I have found in this guage. At the price, this is a huge bargain. I have this installed outside in a solar installation and it has held up very well.

> 3 dayI bought this for my four channel JBL amplifier, it was recommended to run at 4 gauge. I have a 1987 Dodge Pickup. I was redoing all sound related (and many other) wires in the truck at the same time, Getting true Oxygen Free Copper cables was important to me. I also didn’t want a super shiny power cable running around with my otherwise unflashy truck. I’ve used welding wire for starter cables and ground cables, but I was tired of buying it by the foot from the battery shop. I purchased this cable, and a nice lug crimp, and now I can make professional looking heavy gauge cables at my leisure. I will definitely be buying this brand in the future for any such projects. I didn’t measure the gauge, but it was plenty thick compared with any other 4 gauge wire I’ve worked with. Not super fine strands of copper, not super thick either. It’s great that they offer so many gauge and length options when shopping on Amazon.

> 3 dayI ordered the 15’ positive and Negative (Black and Red). Just for the heck of it I measured them and what do you know? The Red one was almost a foot short! Now I paid for 15’ cables because the application I’m using them for (solar panels from combiner box to charge controller). Is almost exactly 15’. Now I’m short and will have to splice in a piece that’s shorter than a foot. Not happy. How hard is it to measure and add a couple inches for error?
