I will be honest, when all my hair is up in the clip it does not feel the complete sturdiest. It will stay up all day but I do feel it loosening at times and if I were to be moving my head back/around all the time it would not hold up. Great for everyday use! I also like using as a pony tail holder or just to pull some pieces back!!!
