Lights up a larger area of his back yard toward where he parks his car. I didnt previously use my rear flood light but noticed the dim yellow color tone and decided to try these. They also give good brightness coverage to my back yard but since I wasnt using the others I cant actually compare specifics. A great price for brightness and anticipated less need to change them for being LED. Price was good enough to make sharing the extras an easy decision.

> 24 hourI bought 12 of them in January to use in the garden. A couple of weeks ago, the circuit breaker where the lights were installed tripped, and I couldnt arm it anymore. I started inspecting the bulbs, and 4 of them were full of water inside. We live in California, and while this winter has been particularly harsh, its nothing if you compare it to spring in Oregon or in Washington so I have no clue how these bulbs might survive outdoors in any other state. Ill try to seal with silicon the remaining ones to avoid them ending up in the same way
