The water tank is just about impossible to remove from unit and I didnt think the scrubber was too effective. I did like the longer power cord and this Bissell than my old one.

These pads are worth every penny! They work fine and wash/dry easily!

You really can’t tell the dirty pads from the clean ones by looking. Even soaking pads in oxi clean overnight then heavy duty machine washing doesn’t get them anywhere near clean looking. Not planet friendly to toss them out after one use but they look gross.

When the get dirty. No matter how much you wash. They stay dirty. But they definitely pick up the water

Works as good as the ordinal for a great price

These were just like the ones that came with my steam mop, great product.
