04-06-2025Poly coating shifted and distorted the picture and puzzle and since I dont really care to send my family pictures back aka the product, I cant even get a refund to buy different ones.

> 3 day170-175 like instructed was too low i had to heat press 400 for 60 seconds & it fame out fine but once you take the puzzle apart once cooled , the puzzle itself kind of lifts

07-06-2025These puzzles were great to work with. I chose the smaller size since this was my first attemp. They turned out great and my grandsons loved them. I wasnt sure if they would be good quality, but they are ! I am going to try the bigger sizes next.

Greater than one weekI’ve tried it so many times. Wasted them all. It’s faded at the bottom and I’ve tried every setting. Different pressures. Different heat and times. I make sure settings are correct on print manager. What do you all use for print settings? MDF? All these puzzles were wasted. The pieces rip when you try to take it apart.
