Excellent option

My preferred filter. Allows the perfect amount of sediment through for a perfect brew. Chemex filters produce a super clean cup. French press brews are like drinking mud. Unfortunately no one sells them here so I have to order them. No big deal.

I like that they hold up and the perfect size for my pour overs.

Almost every other brand of filter Ive used have at least occasional breakage. I have never had one of these Hario filters break. The quality is second to none.

Works great as advertised, a quick rinse and there is no papery flavor, they strain just the right speed for a perfect cup of pour over with a hario v2 everytime. Just wish they were a little bit cheaper, but really for the slighlty higher price than other filters they are worth it for the better performance = a better cup of coffee.

These filters are not as thick and do not retain water as well as their bleached white cousins. They are fine if you want to be more eco, but the white ones perform better.

I have been useing this filter for years, I ge them for my girlgrirend too and now for my son.

Fits well on my Hario 02 drop cup.
