I love this set. I think it is a great product and the bang for the buck is close to unparalleled. That being said, I noticed a few issues that that some people might have a lot of trouble with. I personally think the price-performance and build quality outweigh my concerns, but I dont want anyone to buy this and be disappointed. Potential issues. I didnt not really have a problem with any of these, but other people might 1.) The directions are very confusing. You may end up googling for answers on how to set the RGB characteristics. I thought that there may be some software to set the RGB patterns, but it turns out that all of the RGB stuff is set by keystroke combinations. This makes per key RGB a bit cumbersome. My needs for granularity of control are not very high, so I am fine with this, but if you are expecting easy and full control to create highly complex setups of colors, you will be disappointed. 2.) Make sure you are comfortable with a 60% format. The user experience is very different from standard keyboards. For me, specifically for gaming, less is more. I use this only for gaming and I dont need a lot of the keys that are not there as far as gaming. 3.) The clicky nature of the keys is distinctive and may be distracting to some. I specifically wanted loudish clicky keys, so this is perfect for me. 4.) The mouse is just okay. I consider this a bargain, even if I am buying this set just for the keyboard. I wanted a spare mouse for emergencies. So, again this is fine for me. The bottom line: If none of the concerns I listed apply to you, then this is an amazing set at a great price, with great build quality. Buy it! On the other hand, if you would be bothered by any of this things, move on.

So there was no mouse pad included as stated in the description. Had to mess with the mouse to get it to work but it finally did. Keyboard is good. Just get the keyboard, the set isnt worth it.

I didnt like it bc my keyboard wont work it worked fine and then stopped working but its still on and its connected to my ps4 how do i fix it?

This is a great product as a first time buyer with this seller. Nice RGB features with multiple setups and additional keys for replacements. Then, the mouse is also great and includes its own software. I would highly recommend!

This is ok, BUT IF YOU DO SOMETHING ACCIDENTALLY, A KEY STARTS BLINKING, CERTAIN FUNCTIONS QUIT WORKING, the A button flashing for something, then fixed that not the X button flashes now.... they dont send any info with this product....

I bought this for my current setup. Mind you I have not even had a chance to use for gaming. It cant handle the daily use for work and casual use. The mouse is ok and love the RGB lighting. The keyboard on the other hand is difficult. Pros: love the clicky sound. Uses blue switches. Love the RGB lights and the different setting. Cons: I tried with my MAC setup and it would just stop. It would not stop. I tried unplugging and letting it rest but would still have the same issue. I tried with my work set up which uses an HP laptop. Still have the same problem, it will stop responding. Or the keys will stick. It is after the return period or I would send it back. I will be buying something else.

Got this for my son in Dec2020, it was perfect! Now he tells me it just stopped working...

The keyboard sometimes at random would disconnect then reconnect, I also ordered blue switches and got red switches. Im going to return the keyboard (6/10) overall.

My son liked it at first. We ended up returning though because my son said that certain keys on the keyboard would work intermittently.
