I liked the cartridges themselves, seemed better quality than some other generic 63s, packaged in plastic and an outer box so shouldnt have issues in shipping, mine didnt and they came in a plain brown unpadded envelope. They cost less than an arm and a leg, so more economical than HP oem cartridges. We print a lot of black and white, menus many times on good paper but black ink on many copies, so this is great

Good quality and came quick

I use these in my HP 4520 printer and have had Zero problems. After installing one, my printer prints out a test page, which is then scanned back into the printer in order to calibrate the print heads. This procedure worked flawlessly and pages come out identical to the more expensive HP cartridges. 2 for this price, highly recommend!

Works just as well as the name brands. We havent had any issues with the product

The first cartridge I put into my OfficeJet 4652 only printed white. It came up Previously used genuine HP cartridge(s) installed when I first put it in, but the alignment page only printed in color with no B&W. I tried printing a B&W photo and got white. I ran the Clean cartridge cycle 4+ times and got no black ink after each. The printer went to higher level cleaning. Nothing. I pulled the cartridge and tried cleaning the ink jets with a Q-Tip and water. Reinstalled and got nothing. I cleaned all the electrical contacts on both the cartridge and the printer with DeoxIT with no improvement - Nothing - a blank piece of paper spit out of the printer. After a stack of CMY only alignment printouts (the printer couldnt ID because no black ink), I put the old HP cartridge back in and it worked the same (poorly-stripes). I tried the Voredo cartridge a couple more times to see if it warmed up only to print out a few more of blank pieces of paper. I didnt want to do it but I opened the 2nd cartridge and put it in. It also came up as Previously used genuine HP cartridge(s) installed. This time everything worked. At least one wasnt a dud and it printed nicely. I never have much luck with re-manufactured/re-filled ink cartridges. Since my new HP cartridge that still had ink never printed well, I thought Id try again with remans but on this box am only batting 50%. This package would require testing the 2-year warranty right out of the box. 2.5 stars as 1 worked. The 2nd worked, the 1st not at all after ink and contact cleaning, so it must be defective or the jets are so filled with dried ink that it wont dissolve with normal cleaning.
